My Service
🤍 I will give you up to 15% discount if you become a regular customer and order more than 5 times a year 🫶🏻
🤍 I will give you regular updates on the process if you wish and communicate in time should there happen to be a change in plans.
🤍 I will allow a reasonable amount of adjustments until the sketch phase is finished and you are satisfied :)
Dont‘s
- Furry
- Mecha / complex armor
- Cartoon Art (only stylized in my Manga Art e.g. My Little Pony or South Park)
- NSFW/ mature content (depends on how explicit. Nudes are okay, if unsure don‘t hesitate to ask!)
- Background-Heavy Art
- Art with only Animals (Cat Ears etc. are fine!)Please understand that I reserve the right to refuse any order, even if the content is not listed here, should I feel uncomfortable or suspect that i cannot deliver the wanted performance. This is nothing personal, just to avoid that you‘re unhappy with my art. :)
Conditions
- I, as the artist, keep full copyright on the paid commission
- you are not allowed to use it for commercial use, if not agreed otherwise (e.g. printing/producing merch and selling it)
- if you, as the customer, want to use the commission for commercial use, be aware that i will charge +50% of the initial price
- you are not allowed to claim the commission as your own or something that you produced or drew.
- i can use the commissioned art on my social media accounts such as facebook, instagram, tumblr, twitter (unless we agree that i don‘t).
- i can use the commissioned art for self promotion (unless we agree that i don‘t).
- you are allowed to repost the commission, if you credit me as the artist
- you are allowed to use the commission for your personal use (e.g. as header/ icon)
- The time it takes for the commission to be finished can vary depending on workload and complexity of the commission.
Payment & Refund
Payment:
- I only accept payment via paypal
- you will be paying in advance and before i start to work on the commission. In individual cases or if you’re a regular customer, i will offer you partial payment. (50% upfront, 50% either when the sketch is done or when the whole piece is finished.)Refunds:
- Since you pay for an individual and digital service / product, refunds for the finished commission or beyond the stage of the approved sketch are not possible. I may offer a discount, should i believe my work did not end up in the quality or time i anticipated.
